Men: (age 51 and older) 30 grams

Women: (age 50 and younger) 25 grams
Women: (age 51 and older) 21 grams


High fiber foods are good for your health. You can add tasty fiber in your diet through eating more fruits, vegetables, legumes and grains. Add fiber to your diet gradually over a period of a few weeks. This allows your body to adjust to the change in your diet.
