Inactive Ingredients: Gelatin, Magnesium stearate
Dosage: Adults and children 12 and older: Take one capsule by mouth 1 hour before meals followed by at least 8 oz. of water. Do not exceed 3 capsules daily. Not recommended for children under 12.
Precautions: This product contains chromium. Do not take with other products containing chromium except as directed by a health professional.
