Protein Shake Recipes and Smoothie Recipes
Hot Mocha Cocoa
1 pkt. Creamy Hot Cocoa Mix
3/4 tsp. instant coffee crystals
8 oz. boiling water
Cinnamon, ground (to taste)
Combine hot cocoa mix, coffee and
water in mug until smooth. Garnish
with cinnamon and serve.

Strawberry Shake
Blend the Strawberry Shake mix with frozen blueberries or frozen strawberries
Add 8 oz. water or low fat skim milk

Chocolate Mint Shake
Blend one teaspoon of real cocoa powder and
splash of peppermint extract with the Chocolate Mint Protein Shake mix
Add 8 oz. water or low fat skim milk

Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
Blend 1 teaspoon creamy low fat peanut butter with the Chocolate Protein Shake Mix
Add 8 oz. water or low fat skim milk

Vanilla Cinnamon Smoothie
Blend 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract with the Vanilla Protein Shake Mix
Add 8 oz. water or low fat skim milk

Strawberry Cream Smoothie
8 frozen strawberries
4 tablespoons of low fat sour cream
1/4 strawberry extract
Add 8 oz. water or low fat skim milk

Vanilla Peach Shake
1 ripe peach
2 tablespoons of low fat sour cream
Add 8 oz. water or low fat skim milk
Frozen blueberries optional

Tropical Delight Shake
Vanilla Protein Shake mix
1/2 banana (frozen)
2 tablespoons of low fat sour cream
1 teaspoon coconut extract
Add 8 oz. water or low fat skim milk

Afternoon Delight Shake
Vanilla Protein Shake mix
1 cup of pineapple juice
3 strawberries
1 banana
1 teaspoon of yogurt
1 tablespoons of coconut extract
Add 8 oz. water or low fat skim milk

Mocha Shake
Mocha Protein Shake mix
1 teaspoon of real cocoa powder
12 oz. fat free milk
2 tablespoons of fat free vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon reduced fat peanut butter
2 Tablespoon hazelnut coffee
