How Do I shop?
To use the shopping cart – just click the “Add to My Cart” button next to each item you’d like to order then follow the step-by-step directions and your order will be put together automatically. You can then send the order electronically over our 100% secure server.
When will I get my order?
At Medibar Diet, we feel it is very important to offer you fast order processing, and fast delivery. Standard ground shipping is done via UPS. Speed of delivery will vary based on your location, but ground shipping usually has a delivery time of 2-5 business days. Faster Shipping options are also available (UPS 2 day, UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver). All orders received by 12:00pm CST usually go out that day but are not guaranteed to ship until the next business day. We ship Monday-Thursday. Weekend and holiday orders are shipped on Monday or the first business day following the holiday. We will notify you via email or telephone if there are any delays with your order. As soon as your order is processed you will receive an email from UPS with tracking information.

How much is Shipping?
For all orders, the sipping cost is calculated by our shipping carrier based on shipping method, package weight, and shipping region. We also offer 3 other faster shipping methods (UPS 2 Day, UPS Next Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air Saver).

Should I Check With My Doctor Before I Start?
Yes! You should consult with your physician before starting any diet program.
Do I Have To Exercise?
It is not necessary to exercise in order to simply lose weight, but exercise should become a part of your everyday life for long term weight maintenance.
How Much Water Should I Drink?
Drink at least 8 full glasses of water per day (64 ounces). Drink 12 glasses to maximize your weight loss results (96 Ounces).
Can I have Diet Soda, Coffee, or Tea?
You can drink as much non-caloric beverages as you would like, just make sure you are drinking all your water too.
What are the benefits of a High Protein Diet?
